I was a freshman in high school when i heard of the attacks. I am currently a sophomore but i remeber the day. It was another normal school day and i was in our school library and i was helping the librarian do some tasks. Then our principal Mr. K came running into the library and told us a plane has just hit the world trade center. At this point i was very confused. So we tuned in on the television and my eyes were met by horror. The rest of the day our teachers left the tv’s on for us to watch. Everyone was upset, school was quiet, and i even saw a few people cry. This year we had an assembly and a powerpoint presentation made by our school computer technician. I cried when we watched it in our auditorium. I wasnt the only one crying however all the students -the Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior classes got very emotional. I hope we never have to ever go through something as horrible as september 11 again.

Sincerely

Mike H.
