On that fine morning I was still sleeping in my Arlington apartment after coming home at 4.00 AM from my work. My daughter was notified by my wife from her work saying there was an accident in twin tower. My daughter turned the TV on and wake me up saying there is an accident in twin tower. I got up from the bed and went to living room. On the TV, the one tower was burning with full of smoke. And immediately, I said myself ‘again?’ referring to the bombing of 1993.
While I was watching TV, after 10 minute I felt a big jolt in my apartment. Not knowing nothing and curious about what went wrong, we conitnued to watch the tv. Later we came to know that jolt was because of the plan hit in Pentagon which was 3.2 miles away.
Later that day afternoon, I went to work and after 2 hours arriving in my job the VA declared the state of emergency so we shut down the business and came home.
Since then, I see America changed completely. All the liberation, freedom is gone.
