Well as usual i got up for school that morning about 6:30 and just had enough time to catch the bus, the day seemed to be goin just like every other day. When i got to school i unpacked my things and took wut i needed from my locker, the 1st 2 hours of school had passed and it was still going good. until my friend came up to me and said “dude! you have to see the news 2 hijacked planes just rammed into the world trade center!” Well my friend did have the tendencey to stretch the truth a lot so i said shut up and kept on walking to class. I didnt really think about what he said until band class was almost over then i asked some of my classmates if this was true. well none of them had heard about it yet so they all said no. Well that all changed in a matter of minutes, the bell rang and i was heading up the stairs to science class. And then just out of the corner of my eye i caught a glimpse of a tv right across the hall and there i saw it the burning buildings; my heart sank down to my feet i was shocked out of my witts. The rest of the day we watch the tragic event unfold on tv. then later about 7th period the principal came on the PA and said what all happend that day and the we must trust in our leaders to solve this problem. after school got out i took the bus home and watched tv and talked to my mom about the event. later that night the president came on….. and that moment i will never forget. just sitting there and watching NYC getting torn apart. AND THAT WAS NINE ELEVEN!
