When I was a baby, 9 months and 9 days old, I was probably asleep, or sobbing for mashed potatoes. My parents were probably at work; at the time, my mom was a nurse, and my dad was a landlord. Maybe I sat in a baby crib in my dad’s office, hearing the tv in the distance.
