I was in the hospital recovering from minor surgery. I was in disbelief as I watched the news. I like to add, if we continue in fear we are giving in to the enemy. That’s what terrorist want. Their job is to instill fear in their enemies; which is their greatest weapon. When we are in fear, we make decisions without using wisdom. My prayer is that United States don’t make decisions based on fear.

Let’s prevent them from attacking us in other ways by rebuking fear & bringing our nation back to where it was started; on Christian principles. We want freedom back, give United States of America back to God, who can beat every enemy that comes against us.

I read a section in this book by George Bloomer titled “Spiritual Warfare” and he made a very good point about terrorist. He said “terrorist are cowards themselves serving a lost cost. They don’t have the power or ability to win an outright confrontation, so they resort to terrorism to prove a point and get some attention. Their chief objective is to put terror & fear into us. The terrorist believes that if he can scare us, he can defeat us, distract us, & deny us. Terrorism is a way in which an enemy of inferior strength can control a vastly superior foe. Terror is the single strongest weapon that any opposing force can employ because it can defeat us before we fire a shot. Terror is the weapon of intimidation.” End of quote.

So, here we are, 10 years later and so many are still in fear because a small group of weak individuals did a massive act which caused the death of many people. This was a sad, evil attack, not just on those families, but on United States. Those individuals are sitting back laughing because they have instilled fear in the people of United States. So I say, let’s honor those lives lost by getting our courage back. If war is the answer, so be it. But they are still winning as long as we have fear.

2 Timothy 1:7 says; “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” Joshua 10:25; Joshua said to them, Fear not nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage. For thus shall the Lord do to all your enemies against whom you fight. Isaiah 35:4; Say to those who are of a fearful and hasty heart, Be strong, fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance; with the recompense of God He will come and save you. Isaiah 54:14; In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; And from terror, for it shall not come near you. 1 Peter 3:14; But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed. “And do not be afraid of their threats, nor be troubled.
