i was born in New York during 2002 and each year in school we have a moment of silence for all those who lost their lives. I personally am changed because of the attack forever. I will grow up in a society that’s filled with fear. I was never given a chance to see what life without the fear of new people is like. I just want to be able to show kindness to others without being terrified if they will hurt me. I also do believe the attack has made us New yorkers stronger, we rely on each other during the hard times more. I am forever grateful for my freedom.
