As some of the stories I have already read, this started as a normal day. I was already at work when working in my computer, when a co-worker came into the office and said: Did you see what happened at one of the twin towers and I was absolutely lost. Then she told me what she had seen on TV and I could not believe it. Then we heard that another airplane had hit the other tower, we were in shock. I started searching in the internet but it was really slow. Finally we saw images in TV and they were the most traumatic and awful images I had seen in my life. I could not concentrate at work for the rest of the day. One of the things that struck me the most was to see those people that jumped from the building. Could I begin to image what they felt in order to throw themselves…I don’t think so. Of course these were only the first terryfing images, there were a lot more to come. Even thou I am not an american, I mourned, cried and prayed with them. What a terrible day for humanity and what an awful way to find out we are not invincible and that we desperately need God in our lives. A day to remember…and never forget.
