I was getting ready for work when I heard about the first plane, I thought it was an accident. When it showed the second plane, it became terrorism. I’m 40 now and had never felt threatened on American soil. Now I know it can happen anytime, anywhere. I will always feel an extreme sadness when I think about the innocent people who died that day and the families and friends they left behind.
