I emerged from the 6 train at union square, thinking to myself what a beautiful day it was and how nothing was really happening. Business was slowly dieing. The skies were clear and beutiful weather welcomed us to the new day.
The welcom was short lived as the horror of the time was to be brodcast to the nation.
I first saw tower one on fire. Upon the discovery of the fire I went to duane reed to purchase a disposible camera to capture the unususal spectical of a burning world trade center tower. As i was recovding the event on film there was a sudden explosion in the other tower. Once this new tower was engulfred in flame it was very clear to all involvred that the us was under a terrorist attact.
On the street I was surrounded by people like myself who were basically in shock
the fear of what would come next was brutal
