It was about 9:45am when I heard from my literature teacher that someone had hijacked a plane and flew it right into the Twin Towers. For about the next 20 mins. in lit. class we watched the news.I felt so bad for all who was lost in this tragic terrorist bombing. In a way i felt lucky to be alive, but i also felt surprised that someone who be so stupid to kill themselves and the lives of innocent people. When my class went to social studies, we talked about what had happened and if we knew anyone who was killed. We talked about how we would feel if a close family member was killed and if we would feel then. I remember that as soon as I got home from school at 3:45pm that I gave everyone I loved a hug and held them close. I also remember that I was so afraid that someone was going to fly over my house and bomb me and that for awhile I was afriad of planes. Every week after that I look for mags. on 9-11 so that I could have them to remember and never for get what a tragic day that September 11 was.
