On 9-11-2001 I had just turned 13, I was home from school and at my grandmother’s house, I was watching TV when they showed the towers being hit and burst into flames. I was very naive and had no idea at the time that it was a terrorist and didn’t know what a terrorist attack was, I ran downstairs to the kitchen and told my aunt and grandmother “The World Trade Center’s on fire!” It wasn’t until later that I found out that what happened was an act of terrorism.
