I don’t come from the US, nor have I been to the US. I had been at school and I had to walk home. I realised it was quieter than normal on the roads. Anyway I walked in my house and my brother turned round, as he was on the computer, and said ‘the world trade center has been attacked’ and I just stood there saying ‘what?’ He told me again and it took a while for it all to sink in. I had to sit and watch the events happening on the tv for it to actually sink in and when it finally did, I felt sad and although I don’t know anyone who perished I felt the same amount of grief as the people of the US felt. I still can’t get over it… no one can.
