When I first heard about the plane hitting the World Trade Center, I was getting ready to tell my family goodbye because I was getting ready to go to the bus stop. It was 6:54 here when I heard about the breaking news in NY. It came across our news channel for the CBS Early Show. I was just getting ready to put my backpack on when Bryant Gumble started talking to a guy on the phone about the tower being hit by a plane. When I got on the bus, I was just sitting there thinking about what was going on. When I got to school, I heard that the second tower was hit. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. When I got into my sixth hour class, all class period we watched CNN. In fact, I watched the second tower collapse on the tv. I was so upset about what was happening, I started praying. I almost started crying. When I got home from school, I watched tv before I started any of my homework. That night, I think I cried myself to sleep.
