I was in 4th period social studies class. The principle came on the intercom and said planes had attacked the trade center and pentagon. Everyone thought small planes has just crashed and that the damage wasn’t that bad. We had no idea. There was no televisions on and most people didn’t even talk about it all school day. At the end of the day the principle made another announcment saying how we should spend time with our families or something like that. When my mom picked me up I heard the news on the radio. I was shocked the planes were commercial airlines and that the towers were gone. When I saw the pictures on TV it was terrible.
