Dear New York,

On 9/11 (September 11, 2001) at 7:35 CT I was at school on a detention when the teacher decided to turn on the TV to hear if the rumor about a plane being hijacked and that’s when we both saw the first plane crashed into the 1st tower. Then 28 minutes later we saw the second plane crash. I recoiled in horror as I heard the rumor of some of the people jumping out of the building. Then I actually saw the people jumping out. Then when at first hour the second tower fell. Then the first one fell. I watched the TV wishing this was only a dream. I would never ever (even when I’m 100 years old)forget that day.
