I was in class, giving the juice out to the children with their biscuits. My phone rang but i had to leave the call as i was busy. The children were in good spirits, i was laughing and playing around with them as i did everyday. My phone rang again. I dropped the call, the children were my priority and until i had them settled watching the tv i couldnt take my attention off them. Still laughing and joking i chased them into the tv room and settled them down on the floor to watch their programs. The tv came on. NO. Every channel was taken up with some bad news. The laughter stopped. What was happening? I looked at my phone and there was a message. I listened. It was my mother telling me what was happening with america. My heart sank. I love america. How could this happen?

On that day, as i was fooling around and having fun there was pain i did not know about. Why? Why? Why?
