On September 11,2001 I was 7 1/2 months pregnant with my son. I was getting ready for a doctor’s appointment when my grandmother-in-law called me and told me to turn on the t.v. I turned on the t.v. and on every channel there it was…the World Trade Centers had been destroyed. I couldn’t believe what had happened. I keep thinking “Is this what I want to bring my child into?” As I was at the doctor’s office they had anounced that the pentagan had also been attacked. I was just horrified at what this world is becoming..I hope and pray that the tragic events that occured on September 11,2001 will make my son look and realize that there is people in this world who don’t care about anyone not even themselves and that he will see how there may be “bad” people BUT there is also “good” people in this world too.
