I was 7 years old starting the second week of 3rd grade. I remember all my classmates leaving school early & was just thinking oh my mom or brother’s coming for me. Then I remember my teacher talking to the few of us that were still in class telling us that a plane had crashed in the wtc. Then when I came home I saw the tv and saw that they had hit the other tower & pentagon & then in Pennsylvania I just thought wow what’s going on why are the planes crashing? That was the day I learn what terrorist & terrorism was. I saw the towers fall & just didn’t understand. I didn’t realize that people were burning and jumping and trapped in the towers.
